My Top 3 is a weekly post where I count down three things I love in a random category. This week, we’re looking at my top three Brewery Ommegang Beers.
I spent my adolescence in Cooperstown, NY. This small town upstate is the home to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Growing up, the museum and baseball culture were what the town was most known for. I always, however, loaded up with the special releases before heading back to DC. When my parents still lived in the area, I would send them a list of brews to grab for me so I wouldn’t miss out. I was bummed when they moved. It meant I not longer had access to brewery-only flavors.
Brewery Ommengang produces Belgian style beers. They tend to be richer in flavor and more full-bodied. While they have a host of options on tap, some specific brews stand out.
