My Top 3 is a weekly post where I count down three things I love in a random category. This week, we’re looking at my top three ear worms.

You might try listening to other things, distracting yourself, or replacing one ear worm with another. It can be mentally exhausting.
But, I think there are some good ear worms. These are the tunes you don’t mind listening to on repeat. They make you happy when they start. These are the songs that have you humming or singing along, tapping your feet and swaying to the music. The next time you find yourself with a song on repeat in your head, remember you're not alone! Embrace the earworm and enjoy the music.
