I used to have this, oh most definitely yes. But what changed my behavior was the popular TV series Suits. Once the quality started to obviously plateau, it triggered me to ask the question, do i really want to invest another hour of my life every week, in something that disinterests me so much? And since then, I have had the 'strength' and 'courage' to stop something that I simply cant relate too. Sometimes, I feel I miss out, as some things find their way over time and get better - but i prefer to wait for it, before i know I should commit myself into it. Luckily, I was able to transfer that stopping energy with other mediums - books, podcasts, even movies! If i am not feeling engaged with it, then I just stop and pick up something else. So thank you to Suits for helping me build this resistance.

p.s. I am not doing anything substantially productive with the time i 'win'! :D
